OUTREACH
We are funded by the local NHS Primary Care Trust to provide an outreach service to five GP Surgeries in the Dorchester surrounding area. Our advisers hold surgeries in each location on a weekly basis to give advice on the full range of issues to registered patients of that Surgery. Home visits can be arranged. The Surgeries are; Maiden Newton, Crossways, Cerne Abbas, Bere Regis and Puddletown;
